
Patrick Lincke is a Manager of Customer Service for an automotive service contract provider as well as Director of Development for a non-profit. Patrick completed his B.S. in Marketing with a certificate in Digital Marketing from Northern Illinois University in the spring of 2021.
Patrick has developed strong leadership skills throughout his career in the automotive industry. He has over 20 years of experience in the automotive service industry including over 19 years within the Finance & Insurance segment. He has served in roles such as automotive technician, mechanical claims adjuster, senior claims adjuster and manager.
Patrick is seeking to continue to develop leadership skills by having transitioned into graduate school to earn and M.B.A. Patrick is scheduled to complete his Masters program in the fall of 2022. His long-term goals are to move into executive leadership within his current company as well as continue to develop the non-profit organization, Princesses and Ladies Inc, in which he co-founded with his wife Cynthia Lincke in 2014.
Patrick believes emotional intelligence is a paramount quality for high caliber leaders. Servant leadership is also a strong leadership trait that he possesses, although he feels a that a transformational leader holds an effective balance to lead teams and organizations. He values continuous learning and development and instills this in his direct reports to further develop team members both professionally and personally. Patrick feels that in order to bring our best and whole selves to the professional arena, work and life have to have balance and harmony, which is why he is a strong advocate for education and further development of people and teams in order to gain fulfillment leading to high performing teams.
